Day 1 of Week 1, Thursday

Tomorrow will be the official start date of my commitment to Waist Away.
So, just so I do not forget... I have set my cell phone's timer to go off at 10:30 a.m. and again at 2:30 p.m. At those times, I will eat an apple (2 per day). It's an embarrassing ring tone too. I'll have to explain what its for to anyone within ear shot. It makes me accountable.
The water bottle I have selected is my favourite with a smooth spout. It's going to be filled at least 4 times a day, between 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Lastly, my cell phone's Stopwatch will be set for 15 minutes, when I am ready to walk out the front-door. If I am lacking motivation to get out and walk, I'll know it's really the 'idea' of walking that is holding me back. Once I get my shoelaces tied up, and get out the door, I'll be done in 30 minutes. It's really only every other day. The walk is always fun and makes me happy when it's over. Haha! Actually, I start to look forward to walking once I get moving. Have a great time.
