Meal Plan Examples

Hi Moms! After trying several different eating plans (low carb high fat/ Trim Healthy Mama/ Weight Watchers) I feel like I have no idea how I am supposed to be eating. Can those of you who have been successful share examples of what a typical day of eating looks like for you. I know that everyone is different but I just need some examples. Thanks so much!!!

My nutritionist told me to look at my healthy plate. It says to have a serving of fruits, vegetables, grains, protein, and dairy. Then she said to look at any gaps and use my snacks to fill in those gaps. For instance, if I make overnight oats like this morning, I get my dairy, my grains, protein(I put protein powder in and yogurt), but I didn't have a fruit. So for my snack, I'm going to have dark cherries and a cheese stick because I may not have a dairy with my salad at lunch. Then this afternoon, I'll plan on having some cut up veggies. Does that make sense? She wants me to eat between 1200-1500 calories and 3 meals and 2 snacks.0
