New to the group

Hi! I am looking for some motivation and help. I am currently a working mom of 3... spaced out over the course of 28 months. i started this weight loss journey the beginning of last year, and i am back on the wagon after taking off 8 months. I am water exercising for now, but I dont eat as much as i should. i never go over my calories, as i only eat maybe once a day and i HATE most meat so i never get my protein that i need.
Any advice or motivation or especially new friends would be appreciated. and ill put up my before picture and my now picture either later in this group or ill edit this when i get home.
