    I think maybe people are getting caught up with travel, or life. I personally love the accountability because it helps me stay on track and at the very least stay within a few pounds. I just need to kick myself into gear because I need to lose my gut for my brothers wedding in October. I'm hoping to get a gym membership soon so that I can start a regular workout routine and have the right equipment.

    Life indeed. Busy time of year for me.
    By the time I've done my day and put the sun to bed usually spend 30 minutes of exercise if not more then supper and time for bed. Fingers crossed my son will be extra tired (Still doesn't sleep through the night at 3) from playgroup today so that I can get my exercise done and food on the plate by 8 for Wales V Russia x

    I hear you! My son loves to wake up at 4am! Good for you getting your workouts in; I've only had time for daily walks since the baby was born. I can't wait to join a gym in a few months.

    I know nightmare lol he is 3 though lol. How old is your Little one? Tonight has gone to plan ish. Managed 20 minutes as BF went on the exercise bike first and Wales Won :) The closest gym to me is 10 miles away lol so still a good 20 minute drive each way Need to start on my strength (I'm really weak lol) What is everyone else's plan. x
