Hello,
So far I've been able to stick to my 1200 calories with a little to spare too. I'm eating a banana and small but of cereal of breakfast, then it's oatcakes, ryvita, tomatoes and philly light for lunch then, after a gin and slimline, i'm having a two egg omelette with cheese and salad.
It definitely helps it being so sunny. This morning was the 2nd day of C25K and I found it a lot tougher, I felt loads heavier! Still I did it.
