I just begun eating Paleo, which for me is (no grains, no legumes, no sugars, no dairy, no soy, no caffeine, no peanuts, no fake stuff) looking for support for lifestyle change and ways to make this successful while gaining my health back and getting rid of excess body weight. Thanks for creating this group!!!!

    Hi javadazed, I am on my 28th day, but I think I may have cheated here and there, so who knows. Coffee is legal on Whole30, yay!
