What a difference a running store makes...

So I am training for my first half-marathon and I finally decided that I needed to get a diagnostic at a specialty running store on what type of feet I have, etc as most of the running shoes I have ever picked out were based strictly on "cuteness" (I know, I know...what a rookie, right?!). It's amazing what I learned about myself as a runner just by doing this! Turns out I wasn't even wearing the correct shoe size. Any way, my point is...if you haven't been to a specialty running store yet, what are you waiting for? You will be amazed at what you learn.
