Hump day, Die Hards! What is the plan for the day?
Why don't we make today special with 10 more push-ups than you would normally plan for? Toes, knees or against the wall, they all count.

Did not get to 6 miles yesterday, had to stop at 5.5. I will walk 6 miles today and the 10 push ups for the challenge.
I will plan meals and stick to to the plan.0 -
July 10th Commitment:
-Drink 8 glasses of water
-Stay within my 1,000 calorie deficit
-Walk for 15 minutes during lunchbreak
-When shopping, park far away (I have a ton of bridal shower shopping to do today for my friend's bridal shower I'm hosting)
-Walk 1 mile after work
*I am going to do 3 sets of 15 wall push-ups.
*I did 30 Day Shred (level1) yesterday and hated/loved it. I am going to do it everyother day for this week and re-evalute it next week!0 -

Happy Wednesday Diehards!
I took the day off from work today. I've got my annual physical this morning, then a trainer session, a massage, and an appointment with my chiropractor this afternoon, so it's going to be a busy day. I am excited to go into my doctor being a lot healthier than the last time she saw me.
It's my scheduled run day so I got up early and ran 2 miles. Not 2 super fast miles, but still 2 miles. I finished C25K on Monday and am going to start 5K-to-10K next Monday so I'm doing a couple of free runs in the meantime to keep myself moving. I set a goal for myself for the 8/10 5K I signed up for and I'm going to need to get a lot faster to even get close. My breathing is really good but my legs get tired.
And I accepted the challenge and did my 10 push-ups before posting this!
p.s. Em - better to have two threads started than none!0 -
Today is a bike day, so I will bike the 6.6 miles around the lake this evening. I had a good workout last night, although I'm a little sore from it. I had an argument with my husband right before I worked out, so I got my aggression out by pushing myself really hard. I did both strength training and a 3 mile run, and I did the 3 miles in right at 30 minutes which is a record for me. Now that I know I can do it, I guess I'll have to do it again.0

I had planned on doing 0 pushups today, so I'm glad I read this. As soon as I get home, I'll do 20 then crank out as many burpees as I can without passing out (probably about 15). Thank you all for the inspiration0

Today was supposed to be strictly cardio for me (and the damned squats, always the squats) so I took advantage of the overcast weather this morning and went for a 6 mile walk. It felt great to be outside, as opposed to in the gym surrounded by sweaty strangers.
I've already done 60 squats. It still have another 50 to complete. I'm gonna pas on the push ups. Chest and arms are still sore from the last two days of strength training. I was lucky to raise my arms to get my jog bra on today!
Challenge tonight will be dinner out at The Cheesecake Factory.0
