My new favorite snack is frozen grapes (especially in this weather). I've also enjoyed the thinkthin protein bars (for when I am going walking right after work and am eating dinner later). Oh and smoked salmon! Yumm!0

Right now I'm in love with watermelon! I also really like apples with peanut butter. Or for something a littler cooler, I tried something I saw in the recipe forum on MFP: Mix a tub of lite cool whip with 3 tablespoons of peanut butter. Drop large spoonfuls into muffin tins lined with paper muffin cups, drizzle with chocolate syrup and freeze. Very yummy and only 56 calories each! For the fourth of July I used the mixture as a pie filling with an oreo cookie crust and it was delicious too. It was an almost guilt-free pie!0

Homemade "cookie dough" greek yogurt!!! I really could live on this extra special, dessert like TREAT!
1 (6 oz.) container of Fage total 0 plain greek yogurt
3-4 tbsp raw almond butter (or your favorite nut butter) - I use 3
2 packets of stevia (or 0 calorie sweetener of choice)
1 tbsp honey (optional) - I never add this, to me, it doesn't need it
1 tbsp sugar free chocolate chips
I make two servings out of this because it's so rich (and a little high cal because of the nut butter). 230 cal per serving.0 -
I am going to try frozen grapes. They sound "cool".
Apples and peanut butter sounds good.
My current favorite is cottage cheese.0 -
Gosh my snacks are boring. I eat Greek yogurt, or fruit, or nuts, or these gluten-free crackers I recently found that are to die for with a light laughing cow cheese wedge. Also love smoked salmon.
I'm generally not a big sweets person but I do like ice cream so I'm intrigued by CurtnTrina's recipe. Is it hard to get the Cool Whip & peanut butter to blend since they're such different textures?
And there's such a thing as sugar free chocolate chips?0 -
My current favourite snacks are low fat frozen yogurts and oat & raisins cookies. There's a shop where I live which sells really delicious frozen yoghurt and all of them are under 150 kcal be it chocolate or fruity flavours.0

I found chocolate covered strawberries and raspberries- the raspberries are covered with white chocolate. I only eat what the portion is- 90 calories, sometimes I eat 2 portions, but I feel like I am eating ice cream or something. They are very yummy.0

Yep, Hershey's makes sugar free chocolate chips...they have more of a dark chocolate taste, so a little goes a long way. Again, this is a healthy treat, I probably shouldn't have even listed here, but I'm so addicted.
I also really like cottage cheese (2%) with any fruit - peaches, blueberries, pineapple or even apple sauce (no sugar added). It's a good high protein snack that keeps me full and satisfies my craving for sweets.
Another good protein snack is one-egg salad (I only use a couple crumbles of the yolk - less than a quarter for one whole egg white, spicy brown mustard, celery if I have it and a little dill relish, paprika and the tiniest bit of sweet curry powder, s&p) and serve on one or two Wasa Crisp n Light (I think it's 70 cal for three!). YUMMO!
Ok enough about snacks, I'm making myself hungry! lol0
