Making a routine to stick to

Help?!? I can't seem to find a healthy routine that is enough calories to fuel myself and that makes me feel like I havnt binged.. Basically need help making a recovery routine.. Has anyone got any suggestions? I am avoiding dairy/gluten/wheat

    Have you gone to a nutritionist? They can be very helpful to work out daily calories and menus plans.

    Small meals through out the day instead of three big meals leaves you feeling full and less likely to binge
