Macro Challenge Rules

We will be starting an in-house macro challenge between all classes at CrossFit Cochise on the 1st of July. It will run through the end of September. The class with the most body fat loss and best daily macro tracking will win a very cool prize.
The Rules:
Anybody in a class may participate at any time over the next 12-weeks. You may jump in at any point during the course of the challenge. You may exit at any point as well. Obviously, you will get the most out of the challenge if you go the distance for the whole 12-weeks.
When you do decide to join, you will be expected to track your daily macros and submit a starting body fat percentage. When you leave the challenge, submit a final body fat percentage before you exit or your numbers will not be added to your class overall score.
Daily Minimum Macros: 1 point/day (weekdays); 5 points combined (combined Sat & Sun; no splitting)
Standards:
Lean Protein: 30% and over
Complex Carbs: 40% and over
Fat: 30% and under
Lifestyle:
- 1/2 body weight in water ounces daily.
- Minimum 6 hours of sleep.
- Maximum 3 hours between meals and snacks.
Body Fat:
Every 1/10th of 1% is worth 10 points.
Ex: 1% drop in body fat % is 100 points.
