How about we all introduce ourselves and talk about why (besides camp!) we want to improve ourselves!

    I'll start. I've been overweight my whole life, and SUPER overweight the past couple years topping out at 303 lbs (and I'm a short *kitten* at only 5'2" so thats quite a bit). I started losing SOME of it in september of last year but made very slow slow progress. A few months ago I decided I NEEDED to get my butt in gear if I'm even gonna be able to handle camp. Looking thin or whatever for camp this year is out of the question because the timeline is TOO short. I can't lose over 100 lbs in a month and a half. So mainly my goal right now is just to increase my endurance and stamina so I can go on hikes and all that and not have to stop and catch my breath every minute! I'm slowly changing my eating habits, mostly concentrating on eating less than 1800 calories a day (thats a decent deficit for my weight) and working out as much as I can.
