I have to say first I'm so blessed to have received my VSG gift on March 9, 2015. I had a weight loss of 105 pounds and my health is so much better. Now bumped up 10 pounds. My doc is OK. I'm pissed. I track my eating but can not break through this damn plateau. I just needed to vent and appreciate the support from everyone in this group. Keep up the good work

    Hi! I had my VSG on March 4th, 2014. I lost 98lbs and jumped back up 6.5lbs. My doctor too was ok, she said it was going to fluctuate, but I'm not happy with it. I am back to basics trying to lose it again. Good luck to you! Support is what we're all here for.

    We all sing in the same band! I am 15 months post op 4/7/2015 blew past my surgeons goal with ease and then stopped at a low of 170 bam! I have now regained 7lbs and frankly I am freaking out and angry too! I track every bite and sip - my surgeon is still super happy...I'm frustrated
