10 months postpartum and my body has finally healed. I'm now running (10 miles yesterday!!) And skipping as my main exercise.

I run, I do minor strength training, I do pilates and need to work into more intense yoga. Mostly I run .1

I'm focusing on lifting now. I ran a lot until about 3 mo ago, then I scaled back and started New Rules of Lifting for Women. I lift 3x /week and do some sort of cardio 3x /week. I am so excited to see major body changes!1

I do 3-4 days of lifting a week. Maybe the odd walk here and there. I would love to add in a day of yoga and maybe cardio but I already have limited time.0
