Pelvic Floor

ok... really didn't want to post this...
My pelvic floor must be weak. I struggle to 'keep it in' when deadlifting. Advice or shared experience appreciated!
Strategy will be to go to the toilet before deadlifting in future and/or wear a pad on deadlift days but does this get better/go away?

This is actually really common. Realllllllllllly common. It can be caused from weak pelvic floor, or a combination of a normal pelvic floor and a really strong core. They have people ready to clean the floor between deadlifts/squats at powerlifting meets and at strongman events. I've also heard it called a "Pee R."
Some tips:
Make sure if you are doing the Valsalva maneuver you are pressing "out" and not "down." No one wants vaginal prolapse
Pee before deadlifting
Practice your kegals. Make sure you're doing them correctly. If you have questions I can go into more detail.
