Garmin Heart Rate Monitor

About two months ago I purchased a Garmin Heart Rate Monitor from Kohl's to use with my Vivofit2. I was really pleased with the product even though I had to learn how to sync it from a 17 year-old on a YouTube video because I couldn't understand the hieroglyphics of directions from Garmin. Well fast forward to today. My gym where I took up a spinning (indoor cycling) class in May just bought brand new bikes. Included on the new bikes is the Spinning® Studio computer. One press of the button and the bike computer picked up my heart rate using the built-in ANT+ technology just like that! BTW, next week I'm going to take my bicycle workout on a real bike, but I don't think I'm going to get as an intense workout as the spinning class. I love my Garmin accessories!
