    I was, no longer go to meetings the *kitten* whining every week got too much in the end!
    There's also not even common sense given to either the concept of 'free' food and eating until you're sated or eating whole foods.
    Too many peeps trying to keep same habits/tastes and find SW tweaks to accomodate!
    But read as I feel MBM intended I think the programme's great.

    I've joined but havent really got my head round it yet. Find MFP logging simpler really.
