My box uses video analysis on lifts for the members on the "super unlimited membership". Last night there wasn't many people in my session so I had my squat clean and jerk analysed even though i'm not on the super memebership. I thought I was pretty good at those lifts, but following the video, apparently not so much! Kinda depressing but useful at the same time. (and also, wow do I look fat on ipad!)
ANyone have the same kind of situation? Does your box use video? Are you better/worse at something than you thought?

I have a PT at my gym and he sometimes takes videos of my lifts and then goes over my form with me. I find it very useful and also fun because I get copies of the vids and then have evidence for my bragging

One of our coaches will use an app on his ipad and video people. He hasn't done it on me yet but I'd like to see how im doing0
