Today I did 1 hour Zumba at gym and I'm feeling really energetic. Now I'm off to work and I will do my 50 squats when I get home.0

Man u ladies are tough on us old softies here!!! Now if I could only remember to do the squats and push ups when i get home!!!! :blushing: I finally dont have a meeting or coaching nite tonite, so I am going to break out the bike for the first time in weeks. Thanks for challenging me!0

July 11th Commitment:
-Drink 8 glasses of water
-Stay within my 1,000 calorie deficit
-Walk for 15 minutes during lunchbreak
-Walk 1 mile during work
-30 Day Shred (level 1) workout after work
-50 Squats (I will try)
-Push ups from yesterday (I was running around like crazy and didn't get done with bridal shower planning till 10 and I was pooped)
**Question, with squats, everytime I squat my knees creek and squeek and it doesn't so much hurt as it freaks me out, Does anyone else have this problem?**0 -
Happy Thursday everybody.
We did legs at my trainer session yesterday, so I am going to skip the squats. Good for those of you doing them though! Em my knees don't creek or squeek but I can see why that would freak you out!
Today's commitments:
- eat clean
- drink lots of water
- trainer session after work tonight (upper body & abs tonight)0 -
Tonight I'll get out and run at least 2 miles. My husband is going to run with me tonight, so we may end up doing more. I also have some healthy meal choices planned for today, so I should have no problem staying within my calorie budget.
I'll try to remember to do the squats tonight too!!

Well...I finished the 50 squats today with co-workers at work! It burned but it did feel awesome after completing them!0

Walked just under 6 miles, I've got 90 squats to do for the July Squat Challenge, and later I'll work on shoulders at the gym. Hope you are all having a great day. WI tomorrow!0

Yesterday I walked almost 6 miles and got the 10 push-ups. I could not go deep but I was on my toes while doing the push-ups. Am going to try again today. I will do the 50 squats. I may have to do them in two or more sessions. And I will walk the 6 miles.
