Split Workouts Morning/Night

I'm wondering if there are any disadvantages to splitting up the SL workout between morning and evening. My gym is in my garage with no A/C and it's super hot except early morning/late evening, but I don't have time in the morning to do the entire workout. I was thinking of doing squats at 5:30 am, then doing the rest in the late evening once it cools down. Thoughts?

If it's the only way, that's probably better than not doing it at all?

Have you tried it already? How did you feel?

I don't see how it would be an issue if it works for you. I have a time limit on my workouts since I workout at lunch, so I (used to) do squats on Tues/Thurs and alternate everything else on MWF. It worked out pretty well.

Thanks, all. Today is my first shot at splitting. I did squats and press this morning, so all I need to knock out are 5 deadlifts.

I read a study once that stated that even 10 minutes of working out at a time 6 x was equivalent to the same amount of calorie burn in an hour.

My only concern with the splitting is that you'd have to re-warm up for the second part of your workout. Especially if it's the deadlifts.
