Any LMS faculty/staff can create an exercise activity to share and can join any shared exercise activity FREE.
There is a monthly and annual competition for which participants must pay in. Monthly dues are $5. Monthly dues will go into a pot, which will be divided among the winners (Most Active & Healthiest BMI Change) monthly and annually.
The LMS clinic strongly discourages diet pills and supplements due to high risk of negative health side effects. Please join us to get healthy naturally and plan for a 0.5-2 pound per week change!
