Morning, Everyone! Today we are going to do another simple stretch this time with our hands and arms.

Today's Challenge: Press palms together in front of you, elbows pointed out, and gently push your hands to each side. Do this ten time on both sides.

This is a good way to get rid of sore muscles after working to hard or from being on the computer to long!
