HELLO LADIES! I AM NEW TO THE GROUP AND LOVE READING ALL YOUR POST AND ADVICE! I AM ABOUT 4 MONTHS POST OP I WAS SLEEVED 02/26/16 I HAVE LOST 70 LBS SW: 296 CW: 226 ANYONE HAVE SIMILAR STATS? IM 5'7

    Thank you! I'm so excited to reach my goal but my weight loss has definitely slowed down lately but I'm being positive and staying on track!

    Hey there! I have slowed a bit as well so I am trying to incorporate some more shakes as part of my diet to help move things a bit more. My stats -5'4" - pre-op starting weight 239.6, day of surgery 203, CW 184.8 and dropping :)

    honestly, my weight slowed and then I had a consultation and paid for the initial service of macros and exercise with barifit.com The owner had VSG in 2013. She's amazing and her help picked things up again.
