Morning, Everyone! Today we are going to work on our arms!
Today's Challenge: Strengthen your arms with 3 seated triceps kickbacks.
How to do it:
Sit up straight in your chair with your chest open, arms down by your sides, and the palms of your hands facing in. Lean forward halfway to your thighs, and bend your elbows. Without moving the top half of your arms, extend them behind you, straightening your elbows and pushing your fists toward the back wall. Pull your hands back in toward your hips; repeat twice.
