How do you all deal with dehydration? I have Sjogrens syndrome, and dehydration happens to me a LOT! If I drink too much water, my potassium gets flushed out, and if I try Gatorade, there's too much sugar! I haven't tried electrolyte tablets because they're too expensive

Have you tried pedialyte? If you have no kidney issues, it might be helpful for you

Good point. Drinking more water is not always the answer. Before I resolved my 40 years of IBS/leaky gut syndrome absorption rate was very poor. After I got my magnesium and sulfur levels up it helped with the joint pain. Gatorade made things worse for me as well for the same reason. I do start the day with almonds.

A lot of people buy the Morton's lite salt which is a mix of salt and potassium chloride and put it in water with a little lemon juice for homemade Gatorade without the sugar.
