Morning, Everyone! today we are going to work on our arms with this easy exercise!

Today's Challenge:
Sit and strengthen your biceps while keeping your arms still.

What to do:

Sit up straight toward the edge of your chair behind a desk or table. Bend your elbows to 90 degrees (your arms should look like an upper-case L), keeping them close to your ribcage, and place your hands, palms up, against the underside of the table. Inhale, then push your hands into the table as you slowly exhale. Repeat two more times.
