Morning all. After church going to bike race to watch DS and DD climb a 20-degree hill from a standstill. "The George St. Challenge." Local world champion bicycle racer -- back when they had wooden tracks -- used to train there. DD won a gold medal in it a few years back.

Have been doing fairly well this week so far. Tracked 100% and stayed at least within shouting distance of points targets. And some, though not a lot, activity most days.I think the key is not to get discouraged or caught up in rationalizing.

    Have a good day everyone.

Good Morning. Home from vacation after a hot but great day in Napa Valley wine tasting and buying. Learned alot, spent alot. It was a great relaxing way to wrap up our vacation. Today we are up early to head to SF to work at the finish area of the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer, which my wife used to participate in till last year. It will be nice and cool over there after the heat of the last few days. My back and knee held up pretty good and I seem to be no worse for wear. I managed to track everything on vacation. I will weight in tomorrow to get a verdict on how I did. I might be up a lb or so. Have a great day, stay cool, remember to smile.

Good Morning! I was down .9 this week! I didn't track on WW, but tracked here on MFP. I like this tracking better. I do better with calories in/out, not points. I think with the shutdown of the forums, I'll be cancelling my WW membership again.

Bill, good to see that you body held up while you were on vacation.

Mike, sounds like you are doing better with your tracking too! You will see that on your weight drop. I seem to do good for a few days, then do something stupid. I am hovering in the same 3 pound range for weeks now. I will do all that I can to break through that this week.

Today is our last really hot day. Supposed to get rain today, and chance of rain every day next week. Highs next week in the upper 80s, lower 90s. That is normal for us for this time of year.

    Good morning gentlemen.
DW and I ate out to celebrate her birthday, yesterday, then ended the day sitting around a fire pit at DS's house. We are really loving having him living in town and not a 5-hour drive away.

good afternoon gentlemen - net loss of 0.0 for my WI this week, given all the crap I ate & drank, I'm actually relieved. I havent tried tracking on this site, really I have done anything on this site outside of my few posts on this forum.

DW wants me planting rose bushes this afternoon, heat index 102 - I dont think it's such a good idea.
