Morning, Everyone! Today we are going to work on our necks.

Today's Challenge: Strengthen your neck muscles by pressing your hand to the front, back, and sides of your head.

How to do it:

Place the heel of your hand against your forehead, and push your head into your hand and your hand into your forehead. Hold 5 seconds. Repeat on the back of your head, then again on the right and left sides.
