Morning, Everyone! Today we are going to work on our legs!
Today's Challenge: Build leg strength with a warrior squat.
How to do it:
Stand behind a chair with your legs wide and your toes turned out to 10:00 and 2:00 on an imaginary clock. You can either hold on to the chair for support or stretch your arms out toward the side with your palms facing down. Bend your knees and lower your hips towards the floor. Stop when you see your knees positioned directly over your toes. Hold this position and do a deep inhale and exhale three times. Stand tall and shake your legs out.
