Hello! I'm new to this group. I have been gluten free off and on do to chronic disease. I do not have celiac disease though. Any help, support, or ideas on what is good and what isn't would be great!

Hi @coolsey1 - what sort of chronic disease do you have and how does gluten affect it?... maybe some others here have specific advice and help if you don't mind filling us in. Welcome!
I usually find eating more of the fresh veggies, fruit, meats, eggs, fish, legumes, & dairy (if you can handle it), and leaving out the GF substitutes for bread cakes cookies, etc, is a healthier way to eat. The substitute foods tend to be very high in calories and starch carbs and can play havoc with your weight and any inflammation issues you may have from a chronic disease.
