Glitch Frustration

I am really frustrated that the Pokemon Tracker doesn't work correctly.
Seeing a Pokemon I wanted was only one "footprint" away really motivated me to get up and go out and find it! Now that ALL the Pokemon are always three footsteps away I'm not getting as much exercise.
I hope they get it fixed soon!
