Good Morning, Everyone! Today we are going to work on our balance.
Today's Challenge: Build balance with a standing star stretch.
How to do it:
Give yourself plenty of room, and stand behind a chair in case you need it for support. Keep all (or most) of your weight on your right foot. Begin to lift your left foot out to the left side (touching down is ok) and reach both arms out from your sides and slightly up toward the ceiling. When you feel ready, lean your body slightly to the right. Hold the stretch for 10 seconds, then repeat on your left foot.

That was a bit tricky, but fun. I'm going to Costume College this weekend, so I'll be in workshops for hours and hours for the next three days. I'll work on being active and getting steps in, and I'll throw in some of the moves you've given us the last few days.0
