DONT START TOMORROW IF YOU CAN START TODAY!! I know what it's like! I made excuses too! I was either too tired, or the exercises were too hard. I almost tipped the scale at 191 lbs! Now I am 147 lbs and results were not achieved in the gym! Just i use a remedy that has helped me, and that keeps me in shape now and you must just remember: if you as i was tired of starting over, stop giving up!
