Since we have a few new people and the rest of us have been "away" for a chunk of time, our first challenge is journaling every day. When we're active in a motivation group, it often rolls over into real life.

For those of you new to the group, please start a discussion thread just for you. Introduce yourself. Share your goals and/or challenges. Log your measurements, exercise, or anything else you want to share or ask about.

For everyone else, bring us back up to speed. Summer challenges? New goals? Again, anything you want to share.
