Hi,
My heaviest 296 on 4/28/16. Current weight 259 down 37lbs. My short term goal is 200. I just had a baby and during the pregnancy I get gained 91lbs. I'm not at the point to do vigorous exercise so I am walking and doing strength moves here and there. There is a free hula class I am interested in joining but I'm trying to work it in the baby's schedule.
