Side effects from overeating

Hi. I overate yesterday and am feeling so sick today. I didn't feel bad yesterday but since I woke up I have really sharp stomach pain and gas. I've been on the full dose of saxenda for about a month. Has anyone else experienced this after overeating?

I over ate at dinner tonight. It's the first time I have eaten out since I started Saxenda. Feel very nauseous, not pleasant.0
