I'm back again!

Hi! After a year of being away from MFP, I am back. I've had serious problems with my medications and now I am much better. After a twenty pound weight gain and being so sick for all that time I am now ready. I just had my 66th birthday and I am ready to get healthy again. I started last week and lost 4 pounds. It is so hard to for me to lose, so the 4# loss made me very happy. I am looking for friends in my age range so we can encourage each other.
