JULY 14th-20th WEEKLY CHALLENGE

*Each routine is based on approximately 15 minutes of activity*
*The Weekly Challenge is 5 days of exercise with 2 days of rest*
*Day 1 starts on the day you choose.*
These challenges will help you get familiar with your Wii and the many activities Wii Fit Plus offers! If you cannot do them, at least try to complete the Team Goal of '20 min Wii A Day.'
