Montreal Oasis Rock 'n' Roll Marathoners?!?

Hello runners!

I'm looking for MFPs who will compete in the Montreal Oasis Rock 'n' Roll Marathon this year on September 25th. In efforts to qualify for the Boston Marathon next year, I've set a new weight loss goal (primarily a body fat percentage goal) based on some research from this website, using this BFP table:

I'm 5'5" and am 27 years old. Here are my stats:
  • Current weight = 127.7
  • Body fat mass = 28.5
  • Lean body mass = 99.2
  • Lean body mass percentage = .84
  • Goal race weight = 118.1
  • Goal body fat percentage = .16
I run about 75-100km per week. I'm vegetarian. I started the 5:2 eating schedule and am drinking a Shakeology for breakfast every day (or for lunch on my fasting days). Do you have any tips for how to maintain once I reach my BFP goal? I've never been under 120lbs before during my race season, so I will appreciate any advice you have to give !
