Morning, Everyone! Yesterday we worked on our arms so today we are going to work on our legs!

Today's Challenge:
Increase muscle strength with 10 seated leg extensions.

How to do it:

Sit up straight at the edge of your chair with both feet flat on the floor. Lift your right foot off the floor and extend your leg in front of you. Flex your foot by pointing your toes up toward the ceiling. Bend your knee back to the starting position and place your foot back on the floor. Do this four more times, then switch and do it five times with the left leg.
