I am still very new to the FitBit thing. I have a question though...In my Fitbit app it shows a 45 calorie adjustment for steps and 91 calories for a walk that I took on my break. It put the 45 calorie adjustment in MFP but not the 91 calories for the walk. Is this correct? Or is it just not syncing correctly.

I would recommend reading the FAQ found in the stickies for this group. Here's a handy link: http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10098937/faq-syncing-logging-food-exercise-calorie-adjustments-activity-levels-accuracy/p1
You have a fundamental misunderstanding of how the Fitbit adjustment in MFP is calculated. It is based on the difference between how many calories Fitbit says you've burned so far today and how many calories MFP expects you to have burned so far today. It isn't based on your steps. MFP does nothing with your Fitbit step count other than display it.0
