Step and Exercise Adjustment calories

I am still very new to the FitBit thing. I have a question though...In my Fitbit app it shows a 45 calorie adjustment for steps and 91 calories for a walk that I took on my break. It put the 45 calorie adjustment in MFP but not the 91 calories for the walk. Is this correct? Or is it just not syncing correctly. Oh, I have the Charge HR.

If you have accounts synced - and the syncing is working - you don't need to log anything on MFP.

You may make a wall post about your workout for what you did of course to let list know.

Even if syncing is not working - manually adding to MFP not a good idea.

Where exactly in Fitbit does it show a calorie adjustment? Because it knows nothing about the math that MFP does to create an adjustment on it's side - it's not data that is shared back to Fitbit.
So adding 45 wasn't right probably.
