New To GC MFP

Hi, I'm oldnevada,

I've been using MFP and my Garmin 305 for a couple of years. My goals are weight loss and heart healthy.

Recently got into doing some cardio with kettlebells. Just ten minutes but quite a workout, keeps my HR at 80% which is great for me.

Does anyone know which gym or aerobic exercise to choose in MFP that shows a decent estimate of calories burned?

I use the Quick or Interval training mode, neither records calories that could be uploaded to my Garmin Connect file. My cycling and jogging modes upload calories, but not these 3 workout modes.

Can anyone advise?
