Easiest hard boiled eggs ever, a la Alton Brown

I find eggs cooked in my pressure cooker to peel really easily and to have a lovely texture, but I did have to fiddle a bit to get just the right timing. Alton Brown cooks them in the pressure cooker for 6 minutes, turns it off and lets the pressure release naturally for 9 minutes, and then cools them in an ice bath for at least 3 (and ideally 20) minutes. I've seen people do a 6-6-6 time and say they have good results as well.
