Beef Tips with Mushrooms

The Verdict... The #InstantPot is AMAZING! We seared the beef, then added onions, mushrooms and cooked on the stew setting for 20 minutes. Then waited for natural pressure to release and added flour, additional broth and parsley. Turned on saute to thicken. It was so good! The only thing I would do different is to reduce the beef broth by 1/2 cup or even more. There was a lot of liquid to thicken.
