I use mine once a week for steel cut oats. They keep in the fridge and warm in microwave nicely.

For an extra special treat I add slivered almonds, toasted coconut, and mini choc chips. As long as I carefully measure amounts still fits in my calorie goals

Also use frequently for cooking dry beans. Then I freeze in 1/2 cup quantities to easily pull out for healthy meal addition or to add to my lunch time smoothee.

I also like to have rice in the freezer for quick meals. This is a yummy recipe that I've adapted by just throwing all the ingredients in and using rice setting (I don't pretoast the rice..)
