Im just curious how you guys manage to exercise during the Florida summers :) Early in the morning, late in the evening, indoors, do you just deal with it and sweat your little hearts out? What do you guys prefer?

All of the above! My body normally adjusts to the heat by the end of July. I just try to stay out of the sun during mid-day to 4:00.
I hit one of the local parks for dog walk/bike ride almost every morning. Walk the dog again around 7pm.
Kayak every other Sunday. Racquetball a couple evenings a week. I did walk on my treadmill to fill in, but it just bit the dust. RIP treadmill.
I hate strength training, but do that inside my house a couple times a week.
And yes, there is a whole lot of sweating involved

I walk my dogs around 7 - 7:30 as well and that seems to work for me, cannot wait for the cooler winter weather <3

I work out early in the morning. If I go for a run outside, I usually run around 6:45 (when the sun starts start to come out) butI can be done by 8-8:30 at the latest. Anything time after that becomes unbearable for me

My "go to" is Mall Walking---it is cool inside those temperature controlled places.

Have only been living in S Fla for a short time and both my DH & i find that we can handle the heat much better the longer we are here.

Our motto is "Fitness First, excuses later". . good luck in making the adjustment. B):D;)

I walk early in the mornings around 6:30am and workout at my gym after work. I'm looking forward to the weather cooling down so I don't have to wait until 7:30pm to do a long afternoon walk.
