Hello everyone! I am new to this board and also newer to running in North Carolina. I used to run while I lived in MI 8 years ago where alas the ground is flat and the temperatures cooler. I have gotten back up on that horse though and I am planning on running on August 10th in the Rock & Run 5k in Charlotte. This will be the culmination of my participating in the C25K challenge and I am pretty excited. Wondering if anyone on here is also going to be there.
