MY FAVOURITE WORKOUT... THESE DAYS

What's your favourite workout these days?
I like to shake up my routine, and right now I'm on holiday, so I'm not doing my typical gym routine. I got some inspiration in a Challenge that I saw for August and decided to create my own version. I call it Full Body Workout: rounds of Crunches, Push Ups and Squats. Starting with 100, 50+50, 50. And then I do decreasing rounds (80, 60, 40, 20), trying to improve the moves on each round. I try to keep it high intensity, non-stop, so that it's still a cardio exercise.
What about you?

That sound good. My favorite right now is walking. Summer is too short here to be inside.1

Cardio depends on the day... Spinning, Rowing, Running (outside or doing intervals on a treadmill). I seldom ever do two of the same cardio routines two days in a row.
Resistance Training - I commingle the Hammer/Chisel and 21 Day Fix Extreme series by Beachbody.0 -
I like running, but I run mainly on the treadmill, usually three times a week. When I run on the streets I end up hurting some joint... a hip, tipically. Or my feet. I still have to work on that, because I tend to go beyond my possibilities, whereas on the treadmill I can be extra careful. Today I am all sore from yesterday's run.0

I used to be in the very same position. Now I'm unable to run any great lengths on the treadmill without feeling something isn't "right". May be due to more control over pace on the street versus the treadmill.
That being said, our weather is so fickle and for many months it's plain dangerous to run outside (ice and snow) so I use the treadmill a fairly good amount of time to prevent injury.1
