Challenges you would like to see

It would be nice to have a generic list of challenges you would like to see. Then those of us who start the commitment thread in the morning can pick one if we need to.

- 50 jumping jacks
- park in the farthest parking spot everywhere you go today (maybe good for weekends?)
- 20 burpees w/o stopping

-Lunges (30 walking lunges)
-Crunches
-push ups (wall, counter, modified push up, real push ups)
-mountain climbers
-planks (3 reps of 20 seconds)
-Calf Raises
-No junk food days
-Park the furthest away and WALK to the stores/job/etc *I like this one for the weekends too!*
*I know pinterest always has those workout picture things that say "Monday's workout...do this" We could always do something like that.0 -
I'm on a pretty scripted workout schedule - I literally have a spreadsheet detailing what activity I'm doing every day for the next 8 weeks - so I wouldn't necessarily participate in some of the physical challenge ones, but I'd jump in on the days where it's something I can work into that.
I like the park far away idea, we could have a "take the stairs" day, I like the "no junk food day" idea, maybe a day to drink extra water or fruit or veggies or whatever. We can incorporate general healthy challenges in addition to physical ones.0
